  • Property Owners: When you book a property, your name, contact information, and booking details are shared with the property owner.
  • Tenants: If you are a property owner, tenants who book your property will see your name and contact information.
  • Payment Partners: PayFast, banks, and mobile wallet providers to process transactions.
  • Service Providers: Cloud hosting, cloud storage (Cloudinary), push notifications (Firebase), email services, and analytics providers.
  • Law Enforcement: When required by law, court order, or government request (NADRA, FIA, State Bank of Pakistan).
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

CNIC verification data is retained for 5 years as required by NADRA and State Bank regulations.
