Yes. Every property listed on ASCANX undergoes a physical inspection by our team. We assign a condition score (0–100%) and publish a transparency report that clearly states what's verified and what's pending. No property appears on ASCANX without being visited.

Scores range from 0–100%. Green (75–100%) means good condition — well maintained and fully documented. Amber (50–74%) means average — decent but with some gaps. Orange (25–49%) means basic — functional but with limited verification. Red (0–24%) means limited inspection — minimal verification, so ask the owner directly.

Sign up in the ASCANX app, fill out the Add Property form, and submit your request. The ASCANX team then physically visits your property, inspects it, and approves your listing — assigning a condition score and star rating before it goes live for tenants.

Yes. Listing on ASCANX is completely free — photos, amenities, pricing, room details, and verification are all included. We also offer a Premium plan for owners who want extra visibility: premium listings appear at the top of search results and include earnings analytics. Basic listing and verification are always free.
